PROMOTION PERIOD
What is the promotion and what is the promotion period?
With every purchase of 12 units of MC9400/MC9450 between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive), the customer is eligible to redeem 1 free four-slot charging cradle (CRD-MC93-4SCHG-01) (the “promotion”).
What is the redemption period?
The redemption period for customers in Australia and New Zealand is from 1 January 2025 to 14 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
The redemption period for customers in Southeast Asia, South Korea and Indian Subcontinent is from 1 May 2025 to 14 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
ELIGIBILITY
Who is eligible for the promotion?
The promotion is valid for all customers in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, South Korea and Indian Subcontinent.
All partners in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, South Korea and Indian Subcontinent who are current members of the Zebra® PartnerConnect programme can redeem this promotion on behalf of their customers.
Exceptions
The promotion can be redeemed with any qualifying MC9400/MC9450 purchase under a Price Concession.
Save for the above, the promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Can multiple receipts be submitted?
Yes, customers can submit multiple receipts or purchase orders throughout the redemption period. Redemption is on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last.
REDEMPTION PROCESS
Redemptions will be performed via the customer’s Zebra Channel Partner as follows:
1. The customer must submit original cop(ies) of receipts or purchase orders to the Zebra Channel Partner. Only PDF, GIF or JPG formats are accepted. The customer must ensure that their company name is clearly legible for validation purposes.
2. The Zebra Channel Partner will then submit the original cop(ies) of the receipts or purchase orders via the Zebra redemption center. The information submitted will be used to validate redemption eligibility.
3. Once the submitted information has been validated by Zebra, Zebra will deliver the free charging cradle(s) to the Zebra Channel Partner.
4. The Zebra Channel Partner is responsible for shipping the free charging cradle(s) to the customer. The Zebra Channel Partner shall obtain written confirmation from the customer upon successful receipt of the free charging cradle(s), and present the same to Zebra upon Zebra's request.
DELIVERY OF FREE CHARGING CRADLE(S)
How long does it take for the free charging cradle(s) to be delivered?
Upon Zebra’s approval of the redemption, it takes approximately 1-2 months (depending on the delivery destination and any extenuating circumstances) to deliver the free charging cradle(s) to the Zebra Channel Partner. To expedite the process, we urge all customers to provide complete and accurate information to the Zebra Channel Partner.
Do customers have to pay delivery fees?
No, delivery fees to Zebra Channel Partners are undertaken by Zebra. Zebra Channel Partners are then responsible for delivering the free charging cradle(s) to the customers at the Zebra Channel Partners’ sole cost.
